ΒΙΟΚΛΙΜΑΤΙΚΕΣ ΑΝΑΒΑΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΩΝ ΑΝΟΙΚΤΩΝ ΧΩΡΩΝ ΣΤΟ ΔΗΜΟ ΣΕΡΡΩΝ
Ο Δήμος Σερρών διακηρύττει ότι την 8η του μηνός Απριλίου του έτους 2014 ημέρα Τρίτη και ώρα 10.00 π.μ. (λήξη παράδοσης των προσφορών) στο Δημαρχείο Σερρών θα διεξαχθεί με ανοιχτή Δημοπρασία με το σύστημα: Προσφορά με επί μέρους ποσοστά έκπτωσης, του άρθρου 6 του Ν.3669/08, πάνω σε συμπληρωμένο έντυπο οικονομικής προσφοράς της υπηρεσίας, για την κατασκευή του έργου με τίτλο: «ΒΙΟΚΛΙΜΑΤΙΚΕΣ ΑΝΑΒΑΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΩΝ ΑΝΟΙΚΤΩΝ ΧΩΡΩΝ ΣΤΟ ΔΗΜΟ ΣΕΡΡΩΝ» προϋπολογισμού 3.718.831,55 € (Με αναθεώρηση και ΦΠΑ).
Το έργο συντίθεται από τις ακόλουθες κατηγορίες εργασιών:
α) κατηγορία Οικοδομικά, με προϋπολογισμό 1.231.824,63€ (δαπάνη εργασιών, ΓΕ και ΟΕ, απρόβλεπτα)
β) κατηγορία Οδοποιία με προϋπολογισμό 898.787,56€ (δαπάνη εργασιών, ΓΕ και ΟΕ, απρόβλεπτα) και
γ) κατηγορία Η/Μ με προϋπολογισμό 874.908,11€ (δαπάνη εργασιών, ΓΕ και ΟΕ, απρόβλεπτα).
Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός Μελέτης / Υπηρεσίας του έργου ανέρχεται σε 3.718.831,55 Ευρώ (με αναθεώρηση και Φ.Π.Α.). και αναλύεται σε:
Δαπάνη Εργασιών: 2.214.827,04€.
Γενικά έξοδα και Όφελος εργολάβου (Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.): 398.668,87€
Απρόβλεπτα ( ποσοστού 15% επί της δαπάνης εργασιών και του κονδυλίου Γ.Ε.+ Ο.Ε.): 392.024,39€
Αναθεώρηση: 10.000,00€
Προμήθεια αστικού εξοπλισμού: 7.920,00€
Φόρος Προστιθέμενης Αξίας: 695.391,27€
